BigScreen in association with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) attended the TREC 2015 Talent, Recruitment & Employment event on 23rd June in support of the Good Recruitment campaign. BigScreen not only attended and exhibited but also Wilson Cochrane, CEO and Founder of BigScreen, supported round table activity and was a speaker at the event.
The Company are also supporting the research that has now been completed by REC entitled “The Candidate Strikes Back”. “BigScreen are proud supporters of this research and we are pleased to say that there is a huge synergy between this report and our aims for truly engaging with Candidates and enhancing the value of their experience in Recruitment processes,” commented Wilson Cochrane.
“We all need to take the candidate experience very seriously, since negative experiences can go beyond the interview process and candidates are now very vocal about their feelings and will share them with family and friends on social and professional networks.”
A clear recommendation for employers made by the report is to ensure that Candidates are provided clear, specific and personalized feedback. Wilson Cochrane was keen to point out that;
